Shipping Policy for Knicknack and More

Here you will find the shipping policy for Knicknack and More.

Order are Shipped only to addresses within the Continental U.S.

Please make sure that the shipping and billing addresses are correct and complete, including company name if you have one, apartment number, and suite number if applicable.

* if you have a recently moved or your credit card billing address do not match the address where your order is shipped, then please enter both the shipping information and the billing information separately. We can cancel any order where the billing name, address, zip code or CVV value you enter do not match the information given to us by your credit card provider.
* We will have your order delivered to a different address other than your own in the event that you would like to send a gift to a family member or friend, or would like your order delivered to your place of employment rather than your home. If this is the case, please enter separate billing and shipping information, or your order can be cancelled if the information you give does not match that provided to us by your credit card provider.
* We can not include cards or notes with your order, in the event it's being sent as a gift. However, we do not send pricing information with your order. The order will include a packing slip with the name and address of the person the order is being shipped to along with the items in the order...but no prices.
* Please be sure you enter your email address correctly and if you have spam blocker, that you set it to allow email from Knicknack and More. We will be emailing you a confirmation after your order is placed, and a tracking number after the order has been shipped.
* In the case that your order or item is out of stock at the time of order, we will contact you for further instructions.

Please be advised that if you order air shipping (DHL) and the address on your order is incorrect, and additional $10.00 charge will be added to your purchase for an address correction once the order has shipped. This is the amount DHL charges us to re-route or correct an address.

Shipping Time Frame/Process
  Orders are placed via computer day or night. Orders are put together next business day and shipped out for delivery within 2 business days. So please allow 2-3 business days for the item to leave our warehouse. Usually delivery time is 7 - 15 business days. Warehouse is not open on Saturday and Sundays, orders are still process,and deliveries are sent out on Monday. We do not guarantee delivery dates, but can give you an estimate on an expected delivery date. We can not be held responsible if an order does not arrive by a specific date, but will try to find out where your item is. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Fontana, CA.

At this time we use UPS (ground) and DHL (air/rush).

Payment Methods
 We accept credit cards and debit cards from Mastcard, Visa and Discover for payments. We also accept personal checks or money orders through the mail. When paying by check or money please include order form.Click here for a printable order form.

Returns/Exchanges
  All items will be accepted for return or exchange within 15 days of receipt. We need to receive the item within 30 days of receipt. We will not reimburse for the cost of shipping when an order is returned, except if the wrong item is shipped to you.

Shipping Delays
  Sorry, but we can not be held responsible if orders are delayed by DHL, UPS or US Postal Service.
